  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp green onion (finely chopped)
  • kimchi
  • avocado
  • sautéed carrots
  • sautéed spinach
  • sautéed zucchini
  • roasted seaweed flakes

Instructions

  1. Mix hot cooked rice with butter until well combined and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and fry the egg sunny side up or over-easy.
  3. Place the fried egg on top of the buttered rice.
