  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples and celery thoroughly. Core the apples and cut them into ½-inch pieces. Slice celery stalks into ¼-inch thick pieces and chop the leaves.
  2. Toast walnuts in a dry skillet over medium-low heat for about 5-7 minutes until fragrant; chop once cooled.
