  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough by mixing flour, salt, and cold butter in a food processor until crumbly. Gradually add ice-cold water until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Shape the dough into discs, chill for 1-2 hours, then roll out to fit a pie dish.
  3. Par-bake the crust at 375°F for about 20 minutes.
