  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 and 1/4 cups M&Ms
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and peanut butter until smooth.
  3. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; mix until fully combined. Then add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until just combined.
  4. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt into the mixture; mix gently until incorporated.
  5. Fold in oats, M&Ms, and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop dough balls (about 4 ounces each) onto prepared cookie sheets.
