  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 14 oz phyllo dough
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, blend softened butter with powdered sugar and salt until creamy. Gradually add flour and pistachios, then press into a greased springform pan.
  3. Bake the crust for about 10-12 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Prepare the baklava topping by layering phyllo dough on a baking sheet brushed with melted butter, sprinkling with pistachios and sugar, then drizzling lemon juice, water, and honey before baking until golden brown.
