  • 2¼ cups mashed bananas
  • 2 tsp baking powder

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, blend the eggs, mashed bananas, sugar, and oil until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in nuts if using.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 55–60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
