Ingredients

  • Turkey bacon
  • Kielbasa sausage
  • Beef (loin or shoulder)
  • Dried porcini mushrooms
  • Onions
  • White cabbage
  • Sauerkraut
  • Polish beef broth
  • Tomato paste

Instructions

  1. Soak dried mushrooms in boiling water.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a large pan until crispy.
  3. Add kielbasa and cook for 10 minutes before transferring to the slow cooker.
  4. Brown cubed beef in the same pan and add to the slow cooker.
  5. Sauté onions and cabbage until softened, then transfer to the slow cooker.
  6. Add remaining ingredients to the slow cooker and stir well.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 8-10 hours.
