  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 pound lump crab meat (fresh or canned)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and celery; sauté until soft (5–7 minutes). Stir in garlic until fragrant.
  2. Mix in smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, thyme, and rosemary; cook briefly to release flavors.
  3. Add corn kernels and stir well.
  4. Pour in seafood stock; bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Slowly mix in heavy cream and whole milk until combined.
  6. Gently fold in crab meat and season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley before serving.
