  • 12 oz bow-tie pasta
  • 2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 2/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup toasted chopped pecans or almonds
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 2/3 cup prepared poppy seed dressing
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook bow-tie pasta in boiling salted water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and cool under cold water.
  2. While pasta cooks, chop turkey and dice celery and green onions.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooled pasta with turkey, celery, cranberries, nuts, and green onions.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together poppy seed dressing, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar; pour over the salad.
  5. Gently mix until ingredients are well coated. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
