  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz twisted pasta (like rotini or fusilli)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the twisted pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about ½ cup of pasta water.
  2. Season the chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Sauté in olive oil over medium-high heat until cooked through and golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and heavy cream; stir well.
  4. Lower heat and incorporate cream cheese and cheeses until melted into a smooth sauce.
