  • ¼ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Corn or flour tortillas
  • Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
  • Diced onion (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, garlic, and spices. Add the flank steak and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove excess marinade from the steak.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5 minutes on each side until cooked to your liking. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  4. Warm tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side. Fill with sliced steak and top with cilantro and onions.
