  • 12 oz uncooked chow mein noodles
  • 2 cups cabbage
  • 1 large carrot (julienned)
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 4 Tbsp oyster sauce (or adjusted to taste)
  • 3 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp light sesame oil (not toasted)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 Tbsp oil
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 Tbsp granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Boil water and cook chow mein noodles as per package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to halt cooking.
