  • 14 wonton wrappers
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 0.333 head red cabbage, sliced and chopped
  • 4 small carrots, peeled and grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup coleslaw dressing
  • 0.25 cup red apple vinegar
  • 0.25 cup stir-fry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine sliced red cabbage, grated carrots, coleslaw dressing, and red apple vinegar. Mix well and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, warm sesame oil and add ground chicken. Cook until browned (5-7 minutes), then mix in stir-fry sauce and simmer on low.
  4. Shape wonton wrappers into taco forms using an inverted muffin tin.
  5. Bake wonton shells for 4-5 minutes until firm and lightly browned.
  6. Fill each shell with chicken mixture and top with chilled coleslaw before serving.
