  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into 1-inch cubes for faster cooking and better marinade absorption.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, minced garlic, and sugar. Add the cubed beef and coat well. Cover and marinate for at least 8 hours or overnight.
