  • ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Food coloring (red, blue, green)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs in a large saucepan covered with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover for 20 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs under cold water, then peel them once cool.
  3. Cut each egg in half and place the yolks in a mixing bowl. Mash yolks and mix with salad dressing, mustard, salt, pepper, and hot sauce until smooth.
  4. Color the egg whites by soaking them in bowls of water mixed with food coloring for about 15 minutes each.
  5. Fill each colored egg white with the yolk mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
