Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, melt half the butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Remove and let rest before slicing.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Stir in lemon juice, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing well to coat. Adjust consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
  5. Serve the sliced chicken on top of the linguine mixture.
