  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (113g) butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare two loaf pans with nonstick spray.
  2. For the cream cheese filling, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add one egg and vanilla extract, then mix in flour. Set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash ripe bananas and combine with melted butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla until smooth.
