  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot, add salt, and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and cook diced turkey strips until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside on paper towels.
  3. Reduce heat to low in the same skillet and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
