  • 2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • 8 slices thinly sliced deli turkey
  • 8 slices your favorite cheese (Swiss, provolone, or mild cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • Optional: 1 large egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame or poppy seeds
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or onion powder (mixed with butter)
  • Optional: Pinch of dried Italian herbs or fresh chopped chives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (160°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. On each triangle, layer one slice of cheese, one slice of deli turkey, and one slice of roast beef.
  4. Roll each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip, sealing the edges well.
  5. Brush with melted butter and optionally sprinkle with herbs or seeds.
  6. Place in the air fryer basket in batches and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
