Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken: In a large bowl, mix soy sauce, sugar, and add chicken strips. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the coating: Beat eggs in one bowl and mix mochiko flour with potato starch in another.
  3. Coat the chicken: Dip marinated chicken in egg mixture followed by dredging it in mochiko flour until well-coated.
  4. Fry: Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken strips in batches until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per batch.
