  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 34 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Lower the heat on the skillet and add minced garlic.
  6. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  7. Pour in light or heavy cream while stirring continuously.
  8. Add Italian seasoning and grated parmesan cheese; mix until smooth.
  9. If using spinach, stir it in now and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  10. Return the cooked chicken to the pan, spooning the creamy garlic sauce over each piece.
  11. Simmer everything together for about 1 minute before removing from heat.
