  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • Olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion granules
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning mix
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Spray your slow cooker with olive oil.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a single layer at the bottom.
  3. Pour marinara sauce and sprinkle garlic powder, onion granules, Italian seasoning, paprika, and red chili flakes over the chicken.
  4. Add chicken broth, cover, and cook on LOW for about 4 hours.
  5. Shred the cooked chicken in the slow cooker and mix it back into the sauce.
  6. Stir in tortellini, mozzarella cheese, and heavy cream; cook for an additional 30 minutes on LOW.
  7. Add spinach and cook for another 10 minutes until wilted.
