  • 1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can great northern beans
  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients: chop onions and mince garlic.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine onions, garlic, green chiles, beans, lime juice, cilantro, chicken broth, and spices. Stir well.
