  • 2 pounds day-old croissants, torn into pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

  • 8 TBSP unsalted butter, melted and divided

Instructions
