  • 7 oz vegan marshmallows cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the brownie batter according to package directions until well combined.
  3. Grease silicone egg-shaped molds with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Fill each cavity with about 2 tablespoons of brownie batter.
  5. Bake for 24 to 26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Create divots in the center of each brownie while still hot using a teaspoon.
  7. Allow brownies to cool completely in the molds before carefully releasing them.
  8. Beat together cream cheese and vegan marshmallows until smooth.
  9. Pipe the filling into each brownie egg and top with sprinkles if desired.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
