  • 12–16 frozen dumplings or potstickers
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add minced ginger and garlic, sautéing for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the low-sodium vegetable broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and chili garlic sauce. Bring to a gentle boil.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and simmer for 3–4 minutes until tender.
  4. Stir in chopped bok choy or spinach and simmer for another 2–3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Gently add frozen dumplings to the pot and simmer for 5–7 minutes until cooked through.
