  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and slice the dates down the middle, removing any pits.
  2. Place the slit-side up on the baking sheet and gently flatten using the bottom of a glass.
  3. Spoon peanut butter onto each flattened date and smooth it out.
  4. Melt dark chocolate chips with avocado oil in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and sprinkle chopped peanuts and sea salt on top.
