  • 12 slices thinly sliced beef
  • 1 pack enoki mushrooms (split into 12 pieces)
  • 1/2 small yellow onion (sliced)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup dashi broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • Green onion and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Roll each bunch of enoki mushrooms with one slice of beef tightly.
  2. Mix dashi broth, soy sauce, sugar, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Sauté sliced onions in olive oil until caramelized.
  4. Place rolled beef on top of onions, drizzle sauce over them, cover, and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Gently flip rolls and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Scramble eggs and pour them over the rolls; simmer until cooked through.
  7. Garnish with diced green onion and sesame seeds before serving.
