  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan (shredded)
  • 1 8-10 oz can artichokes (diced)
  • 1 10 oz bag organic frozen spinach (defrosted and squeezed)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Grated parmesan (to sprinkle on the top)
  • Mozzarella (to sprinkle on the top)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, diced artichokes, defrosted spinach, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly into a 9×9 baking dish or cast iron skillet and top with additional mozzarella and Parmesan.
  3. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly. For a golden finish, broil for an additional 2 minutes.
