  • 100 grams Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 4 brioche buns, lightly toasted

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, red onion, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently to maintain texture.
  2. Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty slightly larger than the brioche buns. Create a small indentation in the center of each patty.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or until desired doneness is reached.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, top each patty with crumbled Stilton cheese to melt.
  5. Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.
  6. Assemble your burger by placing a patty with melted Stilton on the toasted bun base and topping it with crispy turkey bacon before finishing with the top bun.
