  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (for vegan option)

  • 3 tablespoons unflavored vegan gelatin or agar-agar
  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup of green tea and allow it to cool completely.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooled green tea, fresh lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and grated ginger. Whisk until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, mix hot water with vegan gelatin or agar-agar until dissolved.
  4. Gradually pour the gelatin mixture into the green tea mixture while whisking continuously until fully combined.
  5. Using a ladle, carefully fill silicone gummy molds with the mixture without overfilling.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours until fully set.
  7. Once set, gently remove the gummies from molds and store them in an airtight container in the fridge.
