  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce (or teriyaki sauce)

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine or basmati rice
