This honey lime fruit salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish made with a colorful mix of fresh fruits tossed in a light honey-lime dressing. Ingredients

For the Fruit Salad:
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup blueberries
1 cup pineapple chunks
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1 cup grapes, halved
1 orange, peeled and segmented

For the Honey Lime Dressing:
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1/2 teaspoon lime zest

Optional Garnish:
Fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Wash and prepare all the fruits by slicing the strawberries, halving the grapes, peeling and slicing the kiwi, and segmenting the orange.

  2. Place all the prepared fruit into a large mixing bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, fresh lime juice, and lime zest until well combined.

  4. Pour the honey lime dressing over the fruit mixture.

  5. Gently toss the fruit until evenly coated with the dressing.

  6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 15–20 minutes before serving for the best flavor.

  7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve cold.
