  • 2 pounds chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 3 ounces tomato paste
  • 3 ounces red curry paste

  • 1 (14-ounce) can coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Heat butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until melted.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté for about 3–4 minutes until softened.
