  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • â…“ cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  2. Add in eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Slowly incorporate dry ingredients: all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt, and cocoa powder until just combined.
  4. Gently fold in white chocolate chips.
  5. Chill the dough for 45–60 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop out tablespoon-sized dough balls onto prepared sheets, spacing 2 inches apart.
