  • 1 medium carrot
  • 1 medium mango
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (Kewpie)

Instructions

  1. Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Peel the carrot and cut into thin matchsticks. Dice the mango into small cubes and slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crab sticks, carrot, mango, and cucumber. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
