  • 1 stalk green onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (for seasoning)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Boil water with salt in a pot over medium-high heat. Add rinsed bean sprouts and cook for 1-2 minutes until tender yet crunchy. Strain and pat dry.
