  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for glaze)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla until well combined.
  4. Gradually add dry mixture and milk to the wet mixture until just combined.
