  • ½ cup dry white apple vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and divided)
  • Juice from one lemon
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, dry white apple vinegar, 2 tablespoons melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Toss until coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs with finely grated Parmesan cheese, remaining salt, and melted butter until combined.
  4. Spread the shrimp on a baking sheet in a single layer. Top generously with the breadcrumb mixture.
