  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  3. Scoop the mixture into muffin cups and press down lightly.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F/71°C). Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
