  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 40g feta cheese
  • 45 cherry tomatoes
  • 34 green olives
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 6-7 minutes for soft yolks. Cool in cold water before peeling and halving.
  2. Toast the bread until golden and crisp.
