  • 10 ounces yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup scallions, minced
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar (as a substitute for Worcestershire sauce)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • dozen soft pull-apart slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Bake the chicken on a parchment-lined tray until fully cooked; slice it thin.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, scallions, hot sauce, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
