  • 10 oz mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 large onions, caramelized
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by mixing flour and chilled butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice-cold water until the dough holds together. Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a sauté pan over medium heat, heat olive oil and caramelize the onions. Add mushrooms and sauté until tender.
  3. In a bowl, whisk eggs and cream together; stir in herbs and grated cheese.
