  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta

  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
