  • 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

  2. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
