  • 3 jalapeños
  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade: In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, olive oil, cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to overnight).
