  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups jasmine rice
  • 4 cups water

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until clear. Cook in a rice cooker or pot with 4 cups of water according to instructions.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds.
