  • 200 ml apple vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • Zest of orange
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 wheel brie (200250 g)
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 egg (beaten) for egg wash
