  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potato chunks in a large pot of water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, glutinous rice flour, sugar, and water to form a slightly sticky dough.
  3. Dust your hands with extra rice flour and roll the dough into 1-inch balls.
