  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 packet Sazon seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons sofrito (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken drumsticks with garlic powder, oregano, salt, black pepper, Sazon seasoning, and sofrito (if using). Mix until well-coated.
  2. Cover the mixture or transfer it to a resealable bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 2–24 hours.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  4. Arrange marinated drumsticks on a baking tray in a single layer and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Flip each piece over and bake for another 20 minutes.
